I have a professional and ethical approach to real estate. I like to listen, and educate, calling upon my and my office teammates’ knowledge of Montgomery County and its neighborhoods. I carefully research the current market inventory, the soundness of an investment and the latest in financing. I apply no pressure: instead I seek to ensure that my clients have all they need to make the most informed decisions. And, even though I am a competent businessman and investor, I maintain great relationships with my fellow agents — they know me as tough, but also straightforward and fair.

I am a graduate of Cornell University, where I graduated with a Masters in Engineering in Computer Science with specialization in Artificial Intelligence. Since I believe in the saying “put your money where your mouth is” to support something that I believe in I have personally purchased three properties so far in Montgomery County and I am receiving a very good return on my investments. I think that now ( Fall 2013 ) is an excellent time to buy real estate since values are going up again after a few years of slow times. There are many financial measurement rates of return, including cash flows from rentals and increases in market value. We can estimate those but the bottom line is that as long as you can bring in monthly from your real estate investments more than your money could bring from alternative investments you are investing well. I would be happy to guide clients through this same process.
